Foam soap is fantastic in that it uses very little soap, requires no water for lathering, makes less of a mess, and rinses off quickly.
It has some disadvantages though, mainly that it's expensive, difficult to find in non-antibacterial form and refills are difficult to find.
You can make your own refill very easily and save money with these simple directions.
Ingredients#
- You need a pre-existing dispenser. No getting around this.
- 3 tablespoons liquid hand soap or Joy/Dawn dish washing soap. You can also experiment with other soaps.
- 2/3 cup warm water.
Directions#
- Gently mix soap with water.
- Do NOT shake.
- Gently pour into dispenser.
You're done. That's it. Fast and cheap.
